Our People
J.R. Maxwell Builders was founded more than 30 years ago and is co-owned and operated by Jay Maxwell and his son James. One of them closely supervises every project, from conception and design to construction.
Today, Jay, James and their team of experienced electricians, masons, builders and carpenters bring unique skills and experience to custom building and remodeling. Every member of the J.R. Maxwell team is friendly, professional, courteous, qualified and passionately committed to their craft and their customers.
We also have working relationships with several creative and accomplished architects. If you decide to choose your own architect, we are happy to work with whomever you choose.
